RBTR Institute, Inc. is a nonprofit organization devoted to helping people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and challenging behaviors, aged 13 and above.

RBTR Institute provides services at its unique center, set on 6 acres of farmland in Northborough, Massachusetts. Conveniently located just off Route 495, the center offers a peaceful environment where individuals can enjoy outdoor time in nature, take a break, walk, or explore. Its home-like environment includes small groups with a high staffing ratio, enabling individuals to develop a variety of skills, including behavioral regulation, functional academics, executive functioning, social skills, independent living, and life skills. 

RBTR Institute’s clinical team is led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who supervise Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy delivered by Behavioral Technicians (1:1). All staff undergo an initial orientation and ongoing training in Safety-Care and ABA. This training gives staff practical tools and compassionate strategies to prevent challenging behaviors, increase adaptive skills, and support individuals with dignity and safety.
